Polar Spas has always been to keep the family business feel started by the original owners back in 1978. “I have employed both my sister and brother to help keep this vision alive. Working with family helps to keep the store running smoothly and allows me to focus more of my efforts on customers.”

Shaw’s concerns for quality lead him to recently re-brand the Polar Spas’ name. He introduced many new products including; far-infrared saunas, custom made-to-order billiard tables, and industry leading tanning beds.

As his company flourishes, Shaw hopes to open more stores across the country and be involved in even more local communities. “Being part of a community is very important to me. I take pride in giving to both local charities and the bigger ones.”

With his stores open seven days a week, Chris Shaw tries to make himself and the Polar Spas staff readily available to their consumer market. He encourages everyone to stop by the showroom, and get in some hot water with a Polar Spa!
